Requirements

• JD from accredited law school, active membership in at least one state bar
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience with substantive litigation experience at a law firm, in-house, or both
• Familiarity with commercial disputes and contractual dispute resolution provisions
• Experience managing or supporting responses to subpoenas and government inquiries preferred
• Ability to explain complicated legal concepts in plain language
• Strong organizational skills and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environment
