Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, HCI or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience building software demonstrated via roles, internships, coursework, open-source or personal projects
• Hands-on experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, source control and CI/CD
• Familiarity with modern AI development including prompting, grounding, evaluation, RAG, agents and LLM APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication explaining technical concepts clearly
• Comfort presenting and facilitating technical sessions for varied experience levels
• Strong collaboration skills working across technical and non-technical teams
