Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with track record of driving significant business growth
• Proven ability to lead 0-to-1-to-100 product motions from launch through large-scale adoption
• Experience leading product portfolio strategy in high-growth, complex enterprise software environments
• Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms
• Experience crafting ambitious product vision and executing to 100M+ to 1B+ revenue outcomes
• Strong cross-functional leadership partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Developer Relations
• Experience managing and developing product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
