Requirements

• 10+ years building and operating large-scale systems
• 3+ years building, managing and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Track record of delivering large-scale resilient systems in production
• Experience with cloud environments and high-availability operational rigor
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Hands-on technical ability with complex codebases and system design
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Postgres experience with understanding of database fundamentals and tradeoffs
