Requirements

• 15+ years building databases, distributed systems, storage systems or large-scale cloud infrastructure
• Deep expertise in OLTP including transactions, concurrency control, storage engines, replication and recovery
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure for low-latency stateful systems
• Experience designing elastic, multi-tenant stateful systems with isolation and lifecycle management
• Experience leading cross-organizational efforts and influencing technical direction at scale
