Requirements

• PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science or closely related field
• 8+ years applying theoretical computer science to large-scale software systems
• Depth across formal methods, distributed systems, software engineering and AI/ML
• Ability to take research ideas to production-quality code with engineering teams
• Track record of impact via publications, open-source work, patents or similar
• Experience driving company-level initiatives with engineering and product leadership
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environment focused on shipped impact
