Requirements

• 10+ years building and deploying machine learning and 3+ years building Generative AI in the cloud
• Hands-on practitioner experience with MLOps, Feature Store, model deployment, explainability and observability
• Familiarity with RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering and fine-tuning for enterprise AI use cases
• Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages plus data engineering tools like dbt, Airflow and Spark
• Strong presentation skills to technical and executive audiences including whiteboarding and demos
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field preferred
