Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, GRC, or a related governance function preferred
• Proven program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Experience writing and maintaining governance artifacts including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Legal, and Security to drive remediation
• Solid knowledge of at least one governance or risk framework such as ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2, or NIST CSF
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical controls that operational teams adopt
• Experience using AI to automate or streamline manual compliance workflows
