Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data architecture with second-line leadership experience
• Systems thinker who designs data models and pipelines for second-order effects
• Deep expertise in Snowflake including modeling, governance, Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, Horizon and Cortex
• Expert-level dbt skills including macros, testing, CI/CD and multi-team project management
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration platforms
• Track record owning finance- or revenue-critical, deadline-driven pipelines
• Familiarity with GTM and sales analytics including MDM, attainment, quota and territory data
• Advanced adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools including Cortex Code and agentic workflows
• Experience driving large-scale data transformation across complex organizations
• Experience with BI layers such as Streamlit, Sigma or Tableau and Jira/Confluence agile delivery
