Requirements

• Domain knowledge of accounting and finance operations, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, revenue recognition, close, and FP&A
• Strong working knowledge of SOX, ITGCs, internal controls, and audit requirements for financial systems
• An AI-first product mindset, with practical experience applying GenAI, LLMs, or intelligent automation to real business processes
• Experience leading and building high performing teams, including teams across global locations
• A strong product toolkit: user research, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, agile delivery, and outcome-based metrics
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence the CFO organization and technology executives
