Requirements
- 10+ years in HRIS or HR technology, including hands-on configuration, integration, and delivery experience
- 4+ years of people management experience leading HRIS, systems, or integration teams
- Deep Workday expertise (Security, Business Processes, Reporting/RaaS), including supporting a global implementation
- Hands-on experience with core HR systems beyond Workday, such as ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby
- Strong operating discipline across release management, change control, incident management and SLA ownership
- Experience applying AI or GenAI to HR operations, such as ticket deflection or test automation
- Proven ability to influence leaders and prioritize against operational realities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
