Requirements

• Experience building products in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or real-time platforms
• Strong understanding of streaming systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Flink or similar systems is a strong plus
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers on architecture and design choices
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles
• Strong communication skills and practical, customer-first mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
• Master's degree is a plus
