• 5+ years software engineering with OpenTelemetry ecosystem involvement

• Deep understanding of OTel Collector, SDKs and semantic conventions
• Experience with open-source multi-vendor governance and RFCs
• Experience building cloud-native services on AWS, Azure or GCP
