Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the software industry
- Deep technical understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logging, and tracing
- Practical experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as required
- Experience selling to Developer, DevOps, and SRE personas preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth Observability or APM company preferred
