Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software
- Deep understanding of observability concepts and tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, microservices and AWS, Azure, GCP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel to client sites and industry events
- Experience selling to Developer, DevOps, and SRE personas preferred
- Prior experience in high-growth Observability or APM company preferred
