Requirements

• 5+ years of industry user research experience with examples of decisions changed and outcomes delivered
• Deep experience across qualitative and quantitative methods and choosing rigor to fit decisions
• Track record earning trust of cross-functional leads through difficult product tradeoffs
• Experience connecting customer needs to product and business goals to uncover opportunities
• Experience using product usage data alongside primary research for complete understanding
• Examples of AI applications put into practice in research work with sound judgment
