Requirements

• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in technical roles spanning customer-facing delivery and engineering
• 5+ years of people management experience mentoring technical teams
• 3+ years building and delivering enterprise software products, ideally involving AI/ML
• Proven track record leading complex data platform migrations and cloud transformations
• Strong foundation in databases, data warehousing and large-scale data processing
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and the full data analytics stack including ETL and BI
• Extensive hands-on expertise in SQL and scripting with Python, Perl or Bash
• Experience scoping engagements including estimates, proposals and project plans
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
