- 10+ years related experience focused on enterprise software, solution engineering and enablement in data space
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional business, technical and sales acumen
- Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL and/or Python
- Experienced designing, building and delivering enablement programs
- Ability to lead through influence and secure sponsorship across stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast-changing environment requiring strategic thinking and agility
