Requirements

• Proven ability to design or lead migrations from commercial observability platforms to modern alternatives
• Experience assessing complex enterprise environments and producing durable, scalable architectural designs
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerized workloads, and Kubernetes-based environments
• Strong communication skills, credible with engineering teams and senior technical leadership
• Experience producing high-quality technical documentation including architecture diagrams and design records
• Exposure to AI-assisted observability or AIOps
