Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B event or field marketing, with 3+ years leading teams and large-scale event portfolios
• Proven track record delivering strategic events driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise technology or SaaS
• Strong people leader experienced managing distributed teams and maintaining momentum from day one
• Exceptional executive presence engaging confidently with C-level stakeholders internally and externally
• Experience leading annual events planning, building portfolio case, budget, goals and securing buy-in
• Highly collaborative aligning multiple marketing functions and global/regional stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen managing significant event budgets and ROI analysis
• Willing to travel across EMEA as needed, including on-site at major events
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
