- 10+ years of enterprise network infrastructure experience with 3+ years of Zscaler ZIA/ZPA design and deployment at scale
- Depth in Zero Trust/SASE architecture including ZTNA, proxy/SWG, SSL inspection and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, Panorama and enterprise VPN
- Fundamentals of Aruba wireless and Cisco LAN/WAN including routing, switching and 802.1x
- Strong troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS/DTLS, BGP and QoS
- Experience with multi-cloud networking and site-to-cloud connectivity in AWS, Azure and GCP
- Automation mindset with Python scripting, API configuration and log observability
- Strong ITSM management, documentation and communication skills
