Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent building and scaling software products
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, and refine software solutions
• Technical fluency in modern AI and software development including LLM and agent patterns, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, APIs and security
• Experience taking products from discovery and zero-to-one through launch, adoption, iteration, and scale
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, create clarity, and make decisions with incomplete information
• Ability to influence across functions and organizational boundaries without formal authority
