Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience, ideally at a cloud software company, with track record owning complex multi-team programs end to end
• Experience leading organization-wide programs aligning several teams with competing priorities and no shared reporting line
• Deep familiarity with developer-facing products or platform engineering and building great developer experiences at scale
• Strong technical depth to work directly with engineers and architects on system design and dependencies
• Proven ability to influence without authority across Engineering, Product, Design and Go-to-Market
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, defining structure and direction where none exists
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and executive stakeholders
• Experience with modern cloud-native software development including CI/CD, release management and API-first development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
