Requirements

• Comfortable using Google Workspace and navigating HRIS platforms, with Workday experience a major plus
• Ability to write clear instructions and communicate effectively with global employees, HR partners and vendors
• Proven experience interfacing with Procurement, Legal and Finance for vendor onboarding, contracts and budget tracking
• Experience supporting survey platforms like Qualtrics and administering AI-driven feedback tools preferred
