Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for website backend development
- Hands-on Python experience, particularly for data queries
- Demonstrable experience with LLM and AI-first development workflows like Claude, Cursor or similar
- Experience in a product-led growth or self-serve SaaS environment with understanding of conversion funnels
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and thrive with ambiguity
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, proactive and transparent in async settings
- Pragmatic, shipping-first mindset with default to iterating in production
- Experience managing and deploying to Vercel or equivalent modern hosting infrastructure
