Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales/Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales or Technical Consulting
• Hands-on programming ability, ideally Python/JavaScript
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST and WebSocket), integrations and technical troubleshooting
• Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers or networked environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
• Self-motivated, curious and eager to learn new technologies quickly
• Collaborative mindset with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
