Customer-focused problem solver with pre-sales experience who loves hands-on building and engaging directly with customers to turn complex needs into practical solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Hands-on programming ability - ideally Python/JavaScript
- Comfortable working with APIs (REST and WebSocket), integrations and troubleshooting
- Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers or networked environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
- Self-motivated, curious and eager to learn new technologies quickly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
