Requirements

• Early-career experience in IT support, help desk or systems administration
• Foundational knowledge of macOS and Windows, hardware, networking and cloud apps
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and device management tools like Kandji or Jamf
• Basic understanding of identity/access management, SSO, MFA and endpoint security
• Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused, patient and service-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Security-conscious mindset with sound judgment handling sensitive information
