Requirements

• 6+ years of end-to-end ownership of product or growth infrastructure inside a B2C or PLG B2B company
• Deep expertise in growth marketing and product lifecycle marketing implementation
• Hands-on production experience across modern martech stack including CDPs, analytics, lifecycle, billing and reverse-ETL
• Proven ability to ship in-app PLG mechanics where the product itself drives growth
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL
• Fluency with AI-augmented development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
• Experience building event taxonomies that hold up without schema drift
• History of shipping paywall and entitlement logic in production
• Comfort operating without a product manager, owning milestones and schedule
