Hands-on accounting builder who thrives owning the numbers end-to-end and creating order at high-growth companies. You love getting in the weeds, simplifying complexity, and explaining judgments clearly to leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience, ideally as Assistant Controller or accounting lead at a high-growth company
• CPA strongly preferred with strong GAAP fluency
• Hands-on ASC 606 experience for enterprise revenue
• Comfort with international operations, global payroll and contractor payments
• Builder mentality with experience standing up processes and systems from scratch
• Self-sufficient, resourceful and hands-on, comfortable in the weeds
• Clear communicator able to explain accounting judgments to non-finance audiences
