Requirements

• 3-6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining real systems
• Strong coding ability in at least one mainstream language and comfort in production codebases
• High taste for good engineering, correctness, code quality and real-world team practices
• Ability to reason about and debug containers, dependencies and automated test setups
• Interest in owning projects end-to-end from scoping and workflow design to execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work with senior client engineers
• Excitement about AI/ML systems, data, evaluation and reward design for agentic coding
