Requirements
- 7+ years of logistics or supply chain operations experience including US transportation and international freight
- Ownership of carrier and broker performance, complex cross-border shipments and logistics provider relationships
- Strong quantitative skills, operational judgment and executive communication to lead cross-functional improvements
- Experience with US-Mexico manufacturing supply chains and IMMEX-related logistics preferred
- High-value electronics, server, semiconductor or contract-manufacturing experience a plus
- Familiarity with TMS, ERP, freight audit and logistics KPIs a plus
