Requirements
- 7+ years in semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of OSAT workflows including flip-chip, wire bond, and wafer-level packaging
- Hands-on experience working with Taiwan-based OSAT partners
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements, pricing, tooling, and NRE costs
- Effective communicator across global teams and North American and Asia-Pacific time zones; Mandarin fluency a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), PLM systems, and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
