Global Supply Chain Manager, OSAT

Ideal candidate

A structured, data-driven supply chain operator with semiconductor manufacturing experience who thrives owning supplier partnerships across global time zones and solving complex scaling challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of OSAT workflows including flip-chip, wire bond, and wafer-level packaging
• Hands-on experience working with Taiwan-based OSAT partners
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements, pricing, tooling and NRE costs
• Ability to work effectively across North American and Asia-Pacific time zones
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, PLM systems, and Tableau or Power BI
