Requirements
- Expertise in injection molding, die casting, sheet metal stamping, progressive die design, tooling fabrication, commissioning and validation
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, tool validation, capacity studies, process capability analysis and DFM/DFA
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and PLM systems; Moldflow, Minitab, DOE, Gage R&R or Six Sigma tools a plus
- Experience managing international suppliers and offshore tooling projects
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills with willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
