Requirements

• 8+ years in reliability engineering, ideally in high-performance computing, AI hardware, or data center systems
• Familiar with HALT, HASS, ALT, MTBF, Weibull analysis, and FMEA
• Able to troubleshoot in a thermal lab and clearly communicate risks and trade-offs to leadership
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, electrical, thermal, software, and validation teams
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability Engineering, or related field
• Experience setting reliability strategy with MTBF modeling and leading root-cause investigations to drive fixes
• Willing to travel to third-party test facilities for HALT/HASS testing, including Taiwan
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology under EAR
