Requirements
- 20+ years expertise in complex SoC architectures, high-speed protocols and large-scale IP integration
- Skilled in RTL design and debug in Verilog/SystemVerilog for high-frequency designs
- Experience with simulation, synthesis, lint, CDC and power analysis tools
- Experience driving microarchitecture decisions, design specs and PPA trade-off optimization
- Ability to debug complex logic across pre-silicon simulation, emulation and post-silicon bring-up
- Ability to collaborate across architecture, design, verification, physical design, software and vendors
- Strong communication skills with ability to mentor engineering teams
- Expertise in AXI/AHB/APB, PCIe, DDR, USB with Python, Tcl, UVM and formal verification
