Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on sales and go-to-market roles
- Track record of closing senior sales hires at high-growth tech companies or startups
- Strong understanding of sales roles including quotas, OTE, commission structures and sales cycles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines from scratch
- Excellent judgment, communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders
