Requirements
- Experience in HR operations, people operations, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment compliance including I-9 and recordkeeping
- Experience supporting immigration processes with outside counsel
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and evaluating new tools
- Meticulous attention to detail with systems thinking
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make principled tradeoffs
- Clear, concise written communication skills
- Sound judgment handling sensitive employee information
