A relationship-driven recruiter with strong product judgment and technical curiosity who loves digging into what candidates built and partnering closely with leaders to close great PMs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience including ownership of product management searches
- Record of hiring strong product managers across levels or product areas
- Understanding of how product roles vary across platforms, consumer and enterprise
- Ability to distinguish individual contributions from team outcomes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on role definition, assessment and closing
- Strong written communication, organization and candidate relationship skills
