Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including direct ownership of product management searches

- The ability to distinguish individual contributions from team outcomes and communicate candidate strengths clearly
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on role definition, assessment, and closing
- Strong written communication, organization, and candidate relationship skills
