Ideal candidate
Former engineer turned product leader who has operated production ML systems and thrives in ambiguity. You care about reliability, cost-performance tradeoffs, and earning trust with technical users through evidence and follow-through.
Requirements
- Experience owning a production ML serving, infrastructure, or deployment product
- Direct involvement in reliability, scaling, or performance decisions
- Track record working at engineering depth with production systems
- Experience taking a technical product from early usage to reliable, scaled production use
