- 10+ years of experience in product policy, trust & safety, content policy, or related field
- Experience building and leading a product policy function including hiring and managing a team

- Excellent judgment translating complex product questions into actionable recommendations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
