Requirements
- 10+ years in product policy, trust & safety, content policy, or related field
- Experience building and leading a policy function, including hiring and managing a team
- Track record partnering with product and engineering through development lifecycle
- Excellent judgment translating complex policy questions into executive recommendations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
