Ideal candidate
A researcher-engineer who lives at the pre-training to post-training boundary and obsesses over data quality and model capabilities. You love debugging training, building evals, and shaping what frontier models can fundamentally do.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
- Comfort debugging distributed training and writing code that scales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics or related discipline
- Clarity in communication and ability to explain complex technical concepts in writing
