Requirements
- Experienced with fine-tuning LLMs with supervised and reinforcement learning and hyperparameter tuning
- Experienced developing software libraries, especially open-source libraries
- Thoughtful about developer experience, ergonomics, onboarding flow, and sharp edges
- Passionate about engaging with open-source communities via code, Q&A, and shared learnings
- Experience writing code examples, tutorials, or papers to explain technical concepts
- Comfortable reasoning about model training, fine-tuning, and inference tradeoffs
