Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Robotics or related field
- Hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs and VLMs
- Experience with agentic frameworks for reasoning, planning and tool use
- Experience building scalable, low-latency inference and deployment pipelines
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for research, prototyping and optimization
- Proficiency with Docker, CUDA, GPU optimization and cloud platforms
- Experience productionizing AI systems at scale
