Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, conference and tradeshow management, or related B2B marketing role, ideally in technology
• Hands-on experience executing in-person events, including vendor management, logistics, sponsorships and onsite operations
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
• Proactive, resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Appreciation for thoughtfully executed, high-quality event experiences
• Understanding of how events contribute to brand awareness, demand generation and business growth
• Curiosity about AI and experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to improve workflows
• High agency, adaptability and comfort operating in fast-moving environment with ambiguity
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% based on event schedules, including international travel
