Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, or a related B2B technology marketing role
• Experience building and executing account-based programs in close partnership with Sales
• Strong understanding of how events can support pipeline creation, acceleration, customer expansion, and relationship development
• Experience creating community or experiential programs for technical audiences
• Strong project management skills with ability to independently manage multiple complex programs
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for attendee experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Creative, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize opportunities based on expected impact
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% based on the event calendar, including international travel
