Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with portfolio showing strong visual and written communication
• Personal style that leans playful, direct, and a little irreverent
• Real fluency in Framer including layouts, CMS, components, breakpoints, publishing with shipped complex sites
• Taste for cohesion across newsletter, apparel, and conference booth
• Motion graphics, animation and/or video editing skills (nice to have)
• Enough frontend knowledge to direct agents sensibly (nice to have)
• Event or merch production experience with vendors and print specs (nice to have)
• Strong storytelling and narrative instincts (nice to have)
